On the 11th (today), we've experienced some downtime, about 8 hours.  This was due to technical error on our behalf, but the issue should no longer popup.  What happened was Lawrence (That's me) had recently converted our current database from MyISAM to InnoDB.  Converting the database posed no issues, however backups did.  Now all of you who know a little about how databases work, each engine's tables (That's MyISAM and InnoDB)  has different sizes.  It just so happens that InnoDB is roughly 4x larger than MyISAM, but InnoDB performance is best for our platform in regards to performance, which is why we're sticking with that engine.  Now here's the kicker, due to the size of InnoDB, it was causing timeouts while extracting the database to the server with the current method we were using, it wouldn't work, php.ini strikes again!  So.....

Long story short, Lawrence frantically contacted true server geniuses, bit his fingernails, ripped out his hair out, and then lo and behold here comes server gurus to the rescue!  The final answer which was from Paul was to perform the database restore through SSH.  "OBVIOUS!"  Why didn't I think of that?  This is one of those "Doh" moments you hear about.

Special thanks to Sebastian, Jeremy and Paul for helping us with this issue.  Without you, ioMMO would probably be down another day or two.  Not only has this been resolved, but a lesson learned as well.
